Automatic Polymer Preparation System
The Automatic Polymer Preparation System is a complete range of polymer batching and metering systems. The polymer preparation unit automatically prepares polymer solutions which are used as coagulants for the eventual removal of suspended particles in the water treatment processes of a number of applications from swimming pool maintenance through to the various stages of wastewater treatment, as well as oil recovery, colour removal, paper production and mineral processing.
Core Components
Polymer dosing device: Composed of hopper, push screw, electric heater and more. The effective volume of the hopper can meet long-term dosage needs, equipped with sight glasses and dry powder level meters. The high-precision reducer driven push screw ensures accurate dosing.
Water supply device: Consists of pipeline, manual ball valve, filter, pressure gauge, solenoid valve, stop valve, and rotor flow meter.
Polymer dissolving device: Composed of a pre-soaking device, tank, and 3 sets of mixers. The 3 tanks include a precast mixing tank, homogeneous slaking tank, and solution storage tank to guarantee solution homogeneity.
