Product Description
The thickener is applicable to the dehydration treatment of concentrate and tailings in concentrators, and is widely used in the concentration and dehydration of slime, wastewater and waste residue in metallurgy, mining, coal, chemical industry, building materials, environmental protection and other departments. There are three series: NZ series central drive thickener, NXZ series central drive automatic rake lifting high-efficiency thickener and NZT series peripheral drive high-efficiency thickener.

Product Application
This equipment is designed for handling large capacity and light density products. It is primarily used for condensing concentrate and dewatering tailings. Additionally, it effectively treats pulp containing solid particles in coal, chemical industries, building materials, and sewage treatment systems.
Operating Principle
The mining thickener consists of a round thickener and a harrow scrapping machine. Solid particles suspended in the thickener settle by gravity, while the pulp in the upper part turns into clean water, achieving separation.
- Deaeration cell prevents solid particles from attaching to bubbles.
- Feeding pipe is positioned below the pulp surface to prevent air intake.
- Equipped with an inner overflow weir to enlarge the sedimental area and avoid short circuits.
- Advanced peg linear design enhances treatment capacity and underflow density.
