The thickener is applicable to the dehydration treatment of concentrate and tailings in concentrators, and is widely used in the concentration and dehydration of slime, wastewater and waste residue in metallurgy, mining, coal, chemical industry, building materials, environmental protection and other departments. Application Cases
Operating Principle
The mining thickener consists of a round thickener and a harrow scrapping machine. Solid particles suspended in the thickener settle by gravity, while the pulp in the upper part turns into clean water, achieving separation.

  • Feeding pipe is positioned below the pulp surface to prevent air intake.
  • Equipped with an inner overflow weir to enlarge the sedimental area and avoid short circuits.
