The belt press dewatering machine is composed of a conditioning tank, concentrating rotary drum, and belt filter. When the flocculated sludge is fed into the rotary thickening drum, the thickened sludge flows from the rotary drum gap. A washing device is set on the top of the rotary drum to clean the drum. After being thickened, the sludge is distributed and fed onto the filter belt thoroughly. After passing through the gravity dewatering zone, wedge compression zone, pre-pressing dewatering zone, and various pressure shear dewatering zones, the sludge cake is output at the outlet port.
