ISO/Ce/SGS Mobile Waste Water Treatment System with Skid Mounted Sludge Filter Press

The mobile portable wastewater treatment plant is a movable vehicle type sludge dewatering complete system designed for high flexibility. It serves various sewage treatment sites across different locations. The unit integrates a screw type dehydrator, polymer preparation unit, polymer feed pump, sludge pump, and sludge conveyor into a single mobile platform.

During operation, the system can be moved directly to the site to dewater sludge from lagoons. The process begins with the polymer preparation unit mixing the flocculant. Sludge is then pumped into the mixing and flocculation tank of the screw press, where it combines with the polymer. The flocculated sludge enters the volute screw press for dewatering. Finally, the sludge cake is transported via a screw conveyor, while the filtrate is returned to the system for further processing.
