Product Introduction

The whole (half) bridge type peripheral drive siphon mud machine adopts the middle water inlet and sludge discharge, peripheral drainage, to ensure uniform water flow. According to the principle of liquid level difference and air lifting, mud suction pipe and scraper are designed for efficient performance in sedimentation tanks.

Working Principle

Driven by the surrounding driving mechanism, the working bridge rotates around the central support. The sludge deposited at the bottom of the pool is collected to each suction port. Under the effect of the liquid level difference, the sludge is discharged to the outside through the suction port, the sludge collecting tank, the siphon, and the central sludge discharge pipe. The upper end of each suction pipe is provided with a sludge discharge regulating valve to regulate flow and concentration.

2. End Beam and Driving Device

Features a mud collecting scraper and bracket made of high-quality stainless steel. It utilizes water level differences to press sludge into the central tank through a U-shaped siphon pipe.

5. Skimming Plate & Scraper

High-quality stainless steel skimming boards and articulated scrapers ensure scum is effectively moved from the center to the skimming bucket for discharge.
