Peripheral Drive Siphon Mud Thickening System for Waste Water Treatment

The whole (half) bridge type peripheral drive siphon mud machine adopts the middle water inlet and sludge discharge, peripheral drainage, to ensure uniform water flow. According to the principle of liquid level difference and air lifting, mud suction pipe and scraper are designed for efficient performance in sedimentation tanks.

Driven by the surrounding driving mechanism, the working bridge rotates around the central support. The sludge deposited at the bottom of the pool is collected to each suction port. Under the effect of the liquid level difference, the sludge is discharged to the outside through the suction port, the sludge collecting tank, the siphon, and the central sludge discharge pipe. The upper end of each suction pipe is provided with a sludge discharge regulating valve to regulate flow and concentration.

The main beam is welded with high-quality carbon steel square steel and profile pipe, typically 1000mm wide and 800mm high. It can bear all concentrated loads and a 200kg/m² pedestrian load. The bridge is equipped with a walkway made of high-strength steel grating or checkered plate.

Composed of an end beam, driving reducer, traveling wheel, and overload protection. The walking wheel is a solid rubber wheel with high wear resistance. Reducers are shaft-mounted helical gear types with spring-loaded overload protection to cut power during torque spikes.

The assembly includes a rotary table, fixed seat, and center collecting ring with carbon brushes for power and signal transmission. The slewing bearing is lubricated by a thin oil bath, designed for a service life of over 10 years.

Features a mud collecting scraper and bracket made of high-quality stainless steel. It utilizes water level differences to press sludge into the central tank through a U-shaped siphon pipe.

High-quality stainless steel skimming boards and articulated scrapers ensure scum is effectively moved from the center to the skimming bucket for discharge.

Outdoor type stainless steel box with an IP55 protection grade. Supports local start/stop and provides signals for remote control room integration.
