PP integrated sewage treatment equipment is a polymer new material equipment. This equipment is integrally molded as a tank. The R&D team has developed a series of integrated treatment solutions including horizontal and vertical tanks designed for current discharge criteria.
Raw Materials
High-modulus polypropylene is used as the winding material, ideal for plastic materials used in underground water and sewage drainage. Its elastic modulus is ≥1,500MPA, which provides superior ring stiffness. Polypropylene is non-toxic, odorless, and highly stable in water with excellent chemical stability against various reagents and anti-corrosion effects.
AA/O Treatment Process
The equipment adopts the A2/O process to ensure the removal of COD, ammonia nitrogen, and phosphorus. It uses a biofilm method which is more resistant to shock loads than activated sludge methods. The hydraulic retention time is more than 24 hours, reducing residual sludge and operation costs. Integrated IoT technology allows for remote mobile management.
