Boiler Chemical Dosing System Automatic for Farms and Wastewater Treatment

Automatic Polymer Preparation System is a complete range of polymer batching and metering systems. The unit automatically prepares polymer solutions which are used as coagulants for the eventual removal of suspended particles in the water treatment processes of a number of applications ranging from swimming pool maintenance through to the various stages of wastewater treatment, as well as oil recovery, colour removal, paper production and mineral processing.

The polymer dosing device is composed of a hopper, push screw, electric heater, and more. The effective volume of the hopper can meet dosage requirements for extended periods. It is equipped with sight glasses for observing material levels monitored by a dry powder level meter. The push screw, driven by a high-precision reducer, ensures precise dosage. An electric heater installed in the discharge pipe prevents powder from caking.

Polymer Dissolving Device: Composed of a pre-soaking device, tank, and 3 sets of mixers. The pre-soaking device infiltrates and mixes the polymer powder in advance. The system includes a precast mixing tank, homogeneous slaking tank, and solution storage tank, each with a corresponding mixer to guarantee homogeneity.
