Product Description
The automatic dosing machine is widely used in wastewater treatment. It can mix compounds continuously and effectively, ensuring the production of high-quality reactive polymer solutions.
Main Components
This high-efficiency system includes: Polymer feed machine (with material hopper), Dry powder infiltration device, Tank, Level controller, Mixer, Dosage water inlet pipe, and an Electric control panel.
Polymer Dosing Device
Composed of a hopper, push screw, and electric heater. The hopper volume supports extended operation and features sight glasses for material monitoring via a dry powder level meter. The precision push screw and discharge heater prevent powder caking.
Polymer Dissolving Device
Consists of a pre-soaking device, tank, and 3 sets of mixers. The system uses a three-tank configuration: precast mixing tank, homogeneous slaking tank, and solution storage tank to guarantee perfect homogeneity.
Water Supply Device
Includes a professional pipeline assembly with manual ball valves, filters, pressure gauges, solenoid valves, stop valves, and rotor flow meters.
