Full automatic powder dosing system is an intelligent, automatic, and continuous integration device for dry powder dissolution and drug delivery. This system integrates water supply, powder dosing, curing, and automatic control into one efficient unit.
The device facilitates automatic continuous preparation. Dry powder chemicals are fed from the hopper via a screw propeller into a premixed chamber with clear water. The wet material then enters the dispensing slot for dilution and mixing based on specific concentration requirements.
Solutions move from the preparation tank to the storage tank through a slaking tank. The process is fully automated: it stops when the storage tank is full and restarts when levels are low. Integrated blenders in the preparation and slaking tanks ensure complete dilution and maturation.
