The unit automatically prepares polymer solutions used as coagulants for the removal of suspended particles in water treatment processes, ranging from swimming pool maintenance to various stages of wastewater treatment, oil recovery, paper production, and mineral processing.

• Polymer Dosing Device: Composed of a hopper, push screw, and electric heater. The hopper includes sight glasses and a dry powder level meter. The high-precision reducer ensures accurate dosage while the electric heater prevents powder caking.
• Dissolving Device: Features a pre-soaking device and a 3-stage tank system (mixing, homogeneous slaking, and solution storage) equipped with 3 sets of mixers to guarantee solution homogeneity.
