The package sewage treatment plant is designed to bridge the gap between individual septic systems and large-scale municipal plants. These systems are ideal for providing effective sewage treatment for subdivisions, mobile home parks, schools, recreational areas, nursing homes, factories, and other commercial facilities in remote areas without access to municipal sewer networks.
1. Advanced Process: Utilizes the A/O biological contact oxidation process. Elastic three-dimensional fillers in A-level pools and columnar fillers in O-level pools provide high microbial activity and rapid organic pollutant removal.
2. Space Saving: The specific surface area of the filler is 16-20 times larger than traditional options, significantly reducing the equipment footprint.
3. Flexible Installation: Equipment can be buried underground, allowing for surface greening or driving paths without building additional structures.
4. Low Maintenance: Designed for easy management with minimal impact on the surrounding environment.
The system replaces the traditional secondary sedimentation tank with high-efficiency membrane modules. By maintaining a high concentration of activated sludge (8000~10,000mg/L) in the bioreactor, the organic load is increased while the footprint is reduced. This method ensures a longer sludge age (SRT) of over 30 days, resulting in superior water purification.
