Working Principle

Thickening: When the shaft is driven by the screw, moving rings move up and down relatively. Water is pressed out from the thickening zone by gravity.

Dewatering: Thickened sludge moves towards the dewatering zone. As the screw pitch narrows, pressure increases, combined with the back-pressure plate to produce dry cakes.

Self-cleaning: Rotating moving rings continuously clean gaps between rings, preventing the clogging common in traditional equipment.

Transporting sludge from the storage tank to the metering tank via high-efficiency conveying pumps.

FLOCCULATION MIXING TANK
