The integrated sewage treatment plant can effectively remove BOD5, COD and NH3-N. This technology replaces the traditional secondary sedimentation tank with membrane modules, maintaining a high concentration of activated sludge in the bioreactor. This increases the organic load capacity while reducing the footprint and residual sludge. The concentration of activated sludge in the membrane bioreactor system can reach 8,000~10,000 mg/L or higher, and the sludge age (SRT) can be extended to over 30 days.
