Our automatic PAM dosing device is a professional integrated equipment designed for the precise preparation, dissolution and dosing of polyacrylamide (PAM) and other flocculants. Widely applied in municipal sewage treatment, industrial wastewater treatment, sludge dewatering, water supply plants and RO system pretreatment, it solves the pain points of uneven PAM dissolution, unstable dosing accuracy and high manual operation intensity.
Three-Tank Separation Structure: Featuring a three-chamber separation structure, our PAM dosing system strictly separates the processes of mixing, dissolving, maturing and storage. It effectively solves the problem of PAM clumping and ensures uniform mixing.
Dry Powder Feeder: Designed for automatic and reliable feeding. Integrates a pre-mixer with multi-layer paddle mixers. Equipped with inlet heaters and silo vibrators to eliminate agglomeration.
PLC Control System: The brain of the operation. Ensures the dry powder feeding process is highly precise, fully automated, and remotely controllable, reducing labor costs.
Auto Water Dosing System: Precisely regulates the flow and timing of incoming water, working in linkage with the PLC to maintain consistent solution concentration.
