Screw Press Sludge Dewatering Machine is suitable for sludge dewatering of large, medium and small sewage plants. The dewatering machine replaces the traditional filter cloth and plate frame sludge dewatering method, reduces the investment cost and improves the treatment efficiency. It is suitable for municipal sewage treatment project and sludge dewatering treatment in food processing, printing and dyeing, paper making, pharmaceutical, leather and other industries, especially for slaughtering, petrochemical oily sludge dewatering treatment.

Working Principle

Composition: The equipment is mainly composed of frame, screw shaft, moving ring, static ring, separation ring, filtrate collecting tank, flocculating mixer, drive reducer, electrical control box and so on.

The sludge is transported to the flocculation reaction tank through the sludge pump.
2.
Sludge and flocculant (PAM) mixed in the flocculation tank, through the blender for full mixing, into a large flocculant.
3.
The solid-liquid mixture enters the spiral cavity through the pipe gravity flow.
4.
Through the reducer to drive the spiral axis rotation, the sludge from the concentration part of gravity concentration, while moving to the direction of the dehydration part.
5.
Filtrate flows out from the gap between the moving ring and the fixed ring, further pressurized and dehydrated by adjusting the gap of the back pressure plate located at the mud discharge mouth, and finally discharged mud cake.
