The SADAF system is ideal for the clarification of drinking water treatment, particularly for difficult flocculation, low temperature, colored waters, and algal blooms. It is highly effective for water containing fats, oils, grease, and fine particles.
Our pipeline flocculators utilize an "in-line process principle" for coagulation, flocculation, and pH control. This technology ensures uniform floc formation and saves approximately 15% in chemical costs compared to traditional dosing systems.
A unique nanobubbles diffuser system ensures stable performance and allows for 24/7 continuous operation without blockage, significantly reducing maintenance and labor costs.
This technology forms tiny droplets of 10-20 nanometers, allowing air to dissolve in liquid within 0.6 seconds. The system removes more than 90% of TSS, insoluble COD, grease, and TP during the process.
Constructed with all stainless steel materials and safety nuts, the system minimizes water content in the scraped scum, saving on subsequent treatment costs.
