The automatic dosing device adopts advanced fluorescent tracer technology to trace the corrosion and scale inhibitors first. After the dosing, when the circulating water flows into the water sample collector through the bypass, the traced chemicals are captured by the instrument. Activated by monochromatic light to produce fluorescence, the fluorescence intensity is linearly related to the concentration of the drug.
The instrument uses a stable low-power light source and a high-precision photoelectric converter. Two 4-20mA current signals are output: one for human-machine dialogue to realize automatic supervision, and the other to control the dosing pump. The system utilizes PID and fuzzy algorithms to optimize the control effect, ensuring dynamic balance between dosing and medicine consumption.
