High-tech Automatic Dosing Machine
The Automatic Polymer Preparation System is a complete range of polymer batching and metering systems. The unit automatically prepares polymer solutions which are used as coagulants for the eventual removal of suspended particles in water treatment processes. Applications range from swimming pool maintenance through various stages of wastewater treatment, oil recovery, colour removal, paper production, and mineral processing.
Polymer Dosing Device Features
The device is composed of a hopper, push screw, electric heater, and more. The effective volume of the hopper meets long-term dosage requirements and is equipped with sight glasses for monitoring material levels via a dry powder level meter. The push screw, driven by a high-precision reducer, ensures accurate dosage. An electric heater in the discharge pipe prevents powder from caking.
Dissolving and Storage System
The polymer dissolving device includes a pre-soaking device, tank, and 3 sets of mixers. The pre-soaking device infiltrates and mixes polymer powder in advance. The three tanks—precast mixing, homogeneous slaking, and solution storage—each feature a corresponding mixer to guarantee absolute homogeneity.
