Working Process
Raw water → raw water tank → raw water pump → sand filter → carbon filter → water softener (optional) → security filter → high pressure pump → reverse osmosis → pure water tank → UV sterilizer (ozone generation) → precision filter → water supply points
Function of Components
- Raw water pump: Provides pressure to quartz sand/active carbon filters.
- Sand filter: Removes turbidity and suspended matter.
- Active Carbon filter: Removes color, free chloride, organic matter, and harmful substances.
- Softener: Exchanges calcium and magnesium ions.
- Security filter: Prevents large particles (accuracy 5um) from entering RO membrane.
- High pressure pump: Provides the necessary pressure for RO membrane operation.
- RO system: Main part of the plant. Desalting rate reaches 97%+, removing over 99% of ions.
