Chemical Dosing Device: The fully automatic chemical dosing device is a utility model water treatment equipment specially designed to optimize the operation of the circulating water system.
It realizes the metered addition of chemicals through the mechanical pulse action of the metering pump and stroke adjustment. The integrated system includes a solution tank, metering pump, filter, solenoid valve, check valve, and control cabinet, all installed on a unified base. The system automatically detects fluid PH and adjusts chemical levels accordingly.
The equipment should be installed horizontally. Ensure all internal debris is removed before connecting the piping. It is recommended to set up a bypass system to ensure continuous operation during maintenance. For outdoor use, electrical parts must be protected from rain.
