Product Description

RO System Filtration
Water Purification Equipment
Reverse osmosis (RO) is the reverse process of natural permeation. Driven by pressure, a semipermeable membrane selectively retains solutes, thereby separating solutes from solvents. Currently, this technology is widely applied in water treatment where it effectively removes inorganic ions, bacteria, viruses, organic substances, colloids, and other impurities—ultimately producing pure water.

Characteristics of Drinking Water RO System

Reverse osmosis method can remove more than 90% of soluble salts and 99% of colloidal microorganisms and organic matter from water. Especially for brackish water purification, it is an economical and reliable way to solve water problems. As the driving force of the RO process is pressure, there is no phase change, and the membrane only plays the role of "screening", making the energy consumption significantly low.

Process Flow & Pretreatment

Process Flow Diagram

The pretreatment system ensures stable operation and longevity by:
• Preventing scaling (CaCo3, CaSO4, etc.) on film surfaces.
• Avoiding colloidal and suspended solid particles fouling.
• Preventing microbial fouling and organic matter blockage.
• Protecting the film from oxidative damage.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q1: What kind of water sources can this RO system treat?
It is designed for broad-spectrum separation, suitable for tap water, brackish water, and seawater desalination, effectively removing ions, organics, and bacteria.
Q2: Can the technical parameters be customized for specific projects?
Yes, model specifications, host size, power supply (220V/380V/460V), and material choices (SS or FRP) can all be customized based on requirements.
Q3: What is the typical lead time for equipment delivery?
For general products, the lead time is approximately 3-5 weeks depending on the configuration complexity.
Q4: What information is needed for an accurate product selection?
We need the raw water source (analysis report if possible), required output capacity, the specific application, and local piping standards.
Q5: What is the warranty and expected lifespan of the RO system?
The system comes with a 1-year warranty. With proper use and regular maintenance, the equipment itself can reliably work for over 5 years.
Q6: How does the system ensure high energy efficiency?
Since the driving force is purely pressure and there is no phase change in the process, the energy consumption for separation remains exceptionally low compared to other methods.
