Ultrafiltration (UF) technology is a pressure-driven membrane separation process that removes suspended or particular matters (including colloids & silt) from water. It serves as a superior pretreatment for surface water, sea water, and biologically-treated municipal effluent before reverse osmosis and other membrane systems. This solution is significantly more reliable than conventional multimedia filters. In addition to superior turbidity removal, UF membranes efficiently remove bacteria and most viruses.

Uses sand media (0.5-1mm) to trap suspended solids like colloids, rust, and mud down to 200 microns.
Absorbs organic matter, dissolved air, odor, and color from the water source.

Uses 5-20 micron sediment cartridge filters to ensure safety before the UF entrance.
The UF membrane traps most ions to de-mineralize and desalt, producing PURE WATER.
