The performance of multiphase mixed air flotation mainly depends on the gas content in the multiphase mixed liquid. After being sheared by the high-speed rotary cutting pump impeller, the gas dissolves in the liquid. Highly dense microbubbles with an average diameter of less than 30 μm are released. These microbubbles attach to suspended solids and bring them to the water surface, forming a floating slag that is removed by a scraper.
