The Filter Press Machine is essential for solid-liquid separation. Mixed liquid flows through the filter medium under pressure; solid particles (down to 5 microns) accumulate to form a filter cake, while the liquid is discharged.
Before installing the filter press, ensure the following are prepared: Pipes, feeding pump, foundation building, mixing tank, and electric wiring. Detailed technical guidance drawings are provided.
1. Pressing Way: Jack, Mechanical, or Hydraulic systems.
2. Plate Type: Chamber, Membrane, Plate & Frame, or Recessed Gasket types.
3. Material: PP, Stainless Steel, or Cast Iron filter plates.
4. Automation: Plate shifter, belt conveyor, washing devices, and shaking devices.
