Product Description

The screw press sludge dehydrator is composed of a screw body, driving device, filtrate receiver, mixing system, and frame. When the dewatering machine operates, sludge is transported to the mixing tank by a sludge feed pump; simultaneously, solid polymer is added quantitatively by a polymer feed pump. The mixing motor drives the system to ensure sludge and polymer are fully mixed to produce flocs. Once the liquid level reaches the sensor, the screw body motor starts to press the sludge. Sludge is transported to the outlet by the screw shaft, and filtrate flows out through the space between fixed and moveable rings.
