Working Principle & Composition

System Composition: The unit consists of a robust frame, screw shaft, moving rings, static rings, separation rings, filtrate collecting tank, flocculating mixer, drive reducer, and an integrated electrical control system.

🔹1. Sludge is pumped into the flocculation reaction tank.
🔹2. Mixing with flocculant (PAM) creates large, stable flocs.
🔹3. The mixture enters the spiral cavity via gravity flow.
🔹4. Continuous rotation drives the sludge from the concentration zone to the dehydration zone.
🔹5. Filtrate escapes through ring gaps while the back pressure plate ensures high-dryness mud cake discharge.
