The main body of the press filter sludge dewatering machine consists of multiple fixed annular plates and moveable annular plates with a screw shaft running through. The front section focuses on concentrating, while the ending section handles dewatering. As the sludge moves forward, filter spacing and screw distance gradually decrease, generating significant pressure against the back platen. This continuous volume reduction achieves high-efficiency dewatering in a single chamber.
