Product Description
The belt press dewatering machine is composed of a conditioning tank, concentrating rotary drum, and belt filter. When the flocculated sludge is fed into the rotary thickening drum, the thickened sludge flows from the rotary drum gap. A washing device is set on the top of the rotary drum to maintain efficiency. After thickening, the sludge is distributed and fed onto the filter belt thoroughly.
Through sequential processing in the gravity dewatering zone, wedge compression zone, pre-pressing dewatering zone, and high-pressure shear dewatering zones, the pressure is applied consistently along the belt direction to ensure optimal sludge cake output at the discharge port.
