Filter Systems for Edible Oil Treatment

The Chamber filter presses for edible Oil Treatment can be manual, semi-automatic, or automatic handling. The filter chamber of the box filter press is composed of two adjacent concave filter plates.

The surface of the filter plate has pits and bosses to support the filter cloth. Under the pressure of the feeding pump, the material liquid is sent to each filter chamber, where solid and liquid are separated through the filter medium. Filter residue forms on the cloth until the chamber is filled into a filter cake. The filtrate passes through the cloth and flows along the groove for centralized discharge. After filtration, the press is opened to remove the cake, and the cloth is cleaned for the next cycle.
