Introduction to the Stacked Snail Sludge Dehydrator:
The stacked screw sludge dewatering machine is widely used in water treatment systems for papermaking, municipal sewage treatment projects, as well as industrial sectors such as petrochemicals, light industry, chemical fibers, pharmaceuticals, and leather. The operation has proven that this equipment creates considerable economic and social benefits. The sludge is lifted by a pump to the feeding box, homogenized, and then enters the flocculation system. After forming flocculent alum flowers, the material enters the main body for dewatering. A large amount of filtrate is discharged through the gaps between the stacked sheets, while the squeezed sludge cake is discharged from the outlet, achieving continuous automatic processing.
