The sludge dewatering belt press machine is mainly used for processing sludge which is not concentrated in the thickening pool, such as A/O residual sludge or SBR residual sludge. It features two integrated functions: concentrating and dewatering. Compared with Rotary Drum Thickening Belt Filter Press, the structure is optimized for gravity thickening, making it suitable for higher capacity operations.

The system operates smoothly and normally without impact, vibration, or abnormal sound. To ensure convenient frame horizontal adjustment, the frame is fixed on the foundation with anchor bolts and equipped with a professional adjusting device.

Mud inlet, dosing, mixing, and reaction are all realized within the dewatering system. Pipeline operations for dehydration and mud cake output proceed under laminar flow conditions, ensuring stability even in harsh working environments with high temperatures and 100% humidity.
