This equipment is designed to overcome common issues in traditional systems, such as clogging, high energy consumption, and difficulty handling low-concentration or oily sludge.
The system utilizes a unique dehydration mechanism that combines hydraulic pressure with a thin-layer squeezing process. By extending the dehydration path, it maximizes water removal while significantly reducing energy and water consumption, leading to a longer equipment lifespan and high-efficiency performance.
The screw's axial rotation promotes relative movement between multi-axis peripheral solid and live rings. Under gravity, water filters through the gaps to achieve rapid sludge concentration.
As sludge moves forward, the helix pitch and gaps decrease, creating rising pressure. Combined with the back pressure plate, this ensures continuous water discharge and high solids content.
The rotation of the screw axis drives the swimming rings, creating a continuous self-cleaning process that prevents congestion without requiring massive amounts of flushing water.
