Turboclear Dissolved Air Flotation System

A dissolved air flotation (DAF) clarifier is a wastewater treatment device designed to remove solid particles and contaminants from water through the process of flotation. It utilizes microscopic air bubbles to attach to and float solid particles to the surface, where they form a froth layer that can be easily removed.

The DAF clarifier consists of a tank or basin, where the water to be treated is introduced. Inside the tank, a system generates and dissolves air into the water under pressure, creating a supersaturated solution. The pressure is then released, causing the air to come out of the solution in the form of tiny bubbles.
