The Multi-plate screw type sludge dehydrator follows the dewatering principle of force-water homo-direction, thin layer dewatering, proper pressure and extension of the sludge dewatering path. This advanced equipment eliminates common problems found in traditional dewatering systems, such as frequent blocking and unsuitability for low concentrated or oily sludge. It offers higher efficiency, reduced power consumption, and easier operation.

Controlled by an integrated electric cabinet, the system allows for automatic continuous operation including sludge flocculation, thickening, dewatering, and filtrate discharging.
