Operating Principle

Wet sludge (moisture 60%-80%) is crushed, cut, and squeezed into strips before entry.

Wet low-temperature circulating air passes into the heat pump via fan to the heat exchanger.

Air cools in the evaporator to below dew point, turning moisture into condensate water.

Dry air from the intermediate cooler exchanges heat with the heat pump to increase temperature.

Circulating air becomes hot and dry after passing through the condenser.

Hot dry air continuously circulates through the sludge, resulting in 10%-30% moisture content.
