Complete Rotary Drum Drying System for Mining Plant
The rotary dryer is a professional industrial drying solution designed to minimize liquid moisture content in various materials using heated gas. It is widely utilized in the mining and construction industries for handling metal powder, iron concentrate, slag, quartz sand, clay, and fly ash.
The system consists of a heat source, loading/feeding units, the rotary drum, crushing devices, and an induced draft fan. Materials are thrown into the cylinder by specially angled lifting plates. Hot air flow facilitates rapid evaporation, converting moisture into vapor which is then discharged, leaving the materials thoroughly dried.
