■Product Description

Automatic Polymer Dosing System Overview

The PAM dosing device is an intelligent, fully automatic, continuous integrated flocculant solution preparation and dosing system, with a prepared solution concentration generally ranging from 0.1% to 0.2%.

It consists of a water supply system, dry powder feeding system, dissolution maturation system, control system, and liquid dosing system.

The dry powder flocculant enters the premixer through a screw feeder to be pre-mixed with clear water. The moistened material then enters the preparation tank for dilution and preparation according to the required concentration. Both the preparation tank and the maturation tank are equipped with multi-blade agitators to fully ensure the dilution and maturation of the flocculant.
