Sludge Dryer Product Introduction

With the acceleration of social and economic development and urbanization, the amount of sewage sludge in urban areas is increasing. Sludge Dryer System

This equipment is a horizontal stirring continuous drying system using steam as the heat transfer medium. Utilizing special wedge-type stirring heat transfer blades, the paddle dryer achieves high heat transfer efficiency and features a self-cleaning function. It can process paste, granular, powder, and slurry materials for drying, cooling, sterilization, and low-temperature combustion.

Working Principle

The paddle dryer features a compact structure consisting of a sandwich casing, a central shaft with staggered blades, drive mechanisms, and control systems. Hot steam circulates inside the jacket, hollow shaft, and blades to provide the necessary heat. As the material enters, the hollow blades convey it toward the discharge port while simultaneously heating and evaporating moisture.

The relative motion between the material particles and the wedge surface creates a washing effect, ensuring the blades remain clean and maintaining high heat transfer efficiency throughout the process.
