Chicken Manure Drying Granulation Equipment Line, also known as paddle agitated rotary drum dryer or rotary rake drum dryer, is custom-designed for materials with moisture content exceeding 50% that are prone to sticking. This machine addresses the "black hole" phenomenon in ordinary drums, significantly improving evaporation capacity. By incorporating high-speed rotating blades, it strengthens material grinding and decentralization, maximizing heat transfer between the material and drying air.
Unit area water evaporation capacity is 25-30kg water / m²•h, which is 1-2 times that of ordinary drum dryers. Output is increased by 50% or more, while fuel consumption is reduced by over 30%.

Process & Principle

Material Flow

Wet material (75-85% moisture) is dehydrated to ~65% and fed into the drum. Rotating flights shower the material through a hot air stream. A cleaning device inside prevents sticking issues.

Air Stream Flow

Air is heated to 600-850°C in the furnace. It enters the dryer to evaporate water, exiting at 55-65°C after passing through a three-layer heat transfer process. Dust is purified via cyclone and wet collectors.
