Operating Principle

Wet sludge (60%-80% moisture) is crushed, cut, and squeezed into strips before entry.

Wet low-temperature circulating air passes through the heat exchanger via a circulating fan.

Air temperature is reduced in the evaporator; condensate water forms below the dew point.

Air from the intermediate cooler exchanges heat energy with the heat pump to increase temperature.
