Automatic Polymer Preparation System is a complete range of polymer batching and metering systems. The unit automatically prepares polymer solutions which are used as coagulants for the eventual removal of suspended particles in water treatment processes. Applications range from swimming pool maintenance to various stages of wastewater treatment, oil recovery, colour removal, paper production, and mineral processing.
The polymer dosing device is composed of a hopper, push screw, electric heater, and more. The effective volume of the hopper meets long-term dosage requirements and includes sight glasses for material level monitoring. The push screw, driven by a high-precision reducer, ensures accurate dosage. An electric heater in the discharge pipe prevents powder from caking.
Polymer Dissolving Device: Composed of a pre-soaking device, tank, and 3 sets of mixers. The pre-soaking device infiltrates and mixes the polymer powder in advance. The three tanks (precast mixing, homogeneous slaking, and solution storage) each feature a corresponding mixer to guarantee solution homogeneity.
