Automatic Polymer Preparation System is a complete range of polymer batching and metering systems. The unit automatically prepares polymer solutions used as coagulants for the removal of suspended particles in water treatment processes, wastewater treatment, oil recovery, paper production, and mineral processing.
The polymer dosing device consists of a hopper, push screw, and electric heater. The hopper capacity ensures long-term dosage and features sight glasses for material level monitoring via a dry powder level meter. The high-precision reducer-driven push screw ensures accurate dosage, while the electric heater prevents powder caking in the discharge pipe.
The dissolving device includes a pre-soaking unit, three-chamber tank, and three sets of mixers. The pre-soaking device infiltrates the polymer powder in advance. The three tanks—precast mixing, homogeneous slaking, and solution storage—work in sequence to guarantee solution homogeneity.
