Sludge is a type of industrial waste generated during municipal sewage processing. High moisture content, high viscosity, and low calorific value often make industrial utilization difficult. Our advanced sludge rotary drum drying system is designed specifically to address these challenges, reducing moisture to less than 25%.
This technology has reached full maturity, offering stable operation and convenient maintenance. The system prepares sludge for landfill standards or incineration processing, making it a sustainable choice for modern industrial waste management.
The system consists of a hot air furnace, scattering feeder, belt conveyor, rotary drum dryer, outlet conveyor, draught fan, dust collector, and deodorant device. The process involves six critical zones:
