Automatic Dosing System Overview:
Dosing device is mainly composed of solution tank, stirring tank (with stirrer), metering pump, level gauge, electronic control, pipeline, valve, safety valve, and staircase. Configuration can be customized according to actual requirements.
According to required agentia concentration, preparation occurs in the stirring tank. It is injected into the solution tank after stirring well, using a metering pump to deliver the prepared solution to the dosing point or appointed system. The whole set features a compact structure, safety, and simple operation.
Application Scope
In water supply and draining procedures, it doses chemical agentia for coagulation, flocculation, and disinfection. Suitable for: sewage treatment, chemical industry, petroleum, power plants, textile, papermaking, and medical projects.
